- Search records, such as searched locations, industries, radius, timestamps, and usage activity, to provide and improve our job-search information service.
- Payment information, such as Stripe payment status, subscription status, and customer identifiers. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by us.
How We Use Data
We use this data to provide WHV job-search information services in Australia, including account login, search results, contact-detail access, credits or membership management, and basic service security and abuse prevention.
Third-Party Services
WHV Compass uses Google Maps for maps and place services, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, and Supabase for authentication, database, and backend data storage.
Your Rights
You may contact us to request deletion of your account and related data. We will process requests within a reasonable time unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, payment, or security reasons.
